Subject: Test of Web Tracking for international recorded mail matters

The Philippine Postal Corporation shall conduct test of the Web Tracking for international mail recorded mail matters from 16 June to 15 September 2011:

The Web Tracking can be accessed using any web browser through the website/URL link http://webtrk1.phcmec.philpost.org/postrack. The event information is updated once a day only.

• Insured items
• Registered
• Letters
• Literature for the Blind
• M-Bags
• Printed Matters
• Small Packets

c. Parcel-post items
• Insured items
• Ordinary items

Event information available at the IPS Web Tracking shall be one (1) year only from the date of tracking, e.g. tracking date is 1 June 2011, event information available is from 1 June 2010 to 31 May 2011. Event information available at the postal partners’ online tracking may be for six (6) months only from the date of tracking.
